An accomplished Executive Manager of Productivity and Quality Improvement Center (Kaizen Center) for Training and Consulting at the Ministry of Industry in Egypt, with expertise in developing industrial operations and implementing   Japanese  systems  in Quality and Productivity. Proven ability to build new QC, Operations developing departments and establish a well-organized productive business unit. 

He boosted his eligibility and professionality in the field of training and consultation through getting many international recognized certificates from Japan in Industrial Engineering and Total Quality Management. This is as well as his Master degree in Operations Management from German University in Cairo (GUC) and his PhD in Statistical Quality Control and Quality Assurance from Cairo University.

During the past twenty years, He has studied and practiced industrial Engineering Systems with specialization in kaizen, 5s, Quality Control Circles, Industrial Engineering, Total Quality management, Total Productive Maintenance and Lean manufacturing at different kind of factories in Egypt and Japan.

He has trained and worked with CEO's ,Managers, Engineers and Technicians in lots of Egyptian factories to solve companies problems using kaizen and to improve the quality of workers , processes , products and machines , as well as he has lectured more than 300 seminars, collective trainings, in-house trainings and workshops in Egypt and other countries such as Japan, Sudan and Ethiopia. In addition, he has worked with several distinguished professional Japanese experts from Toyota, Yasakawa, Nippon steel, Toshiba and Panasonic.

He also made many diagnostic studies in the Egyptian Companies to decide their needs and to know the current level in order to upgrade them in both of quality and the productivity.

He achieved lots of successful stories through giving his consultation in the Egyptian Companies by using the methodologies of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing to improve quality and increase productivity.
